ok so today was the most stressful day of my life. I went to work and then had to get stuff for kids camp which starts TOMORROW. yeah can u say last minute? dang. But anyways I hung out with nicky and we got all of our stuff done. SO all i have to do is finalize my team cheer and devotion and figure out my testimony.

Today I chilled at my Casa for quite sometime trying to figure out what to do since it was my ONLY day off this week. So i texted Letitia to see what she was up to. She had made plans to hang with Nathan + Becca, so i told her to stop by so i could give nathan his earrings. Anyways they stopped by my house and hi-jacked me. We hit up nathans awesome house and chilled by the pool. We had some pretty sweet chats and then hit up the indoors to show off how much i suck at ping pong. Then we made icecream waffle sandwiches; Only the best thing of my life! then nathan decided he wanted a BLT. SO FUNNY! He would make up scenarios and stuff while we filmed him. Honestly, it was probably the best sandwich making video ever created. 7 min of just hilarious stuff. Then good ol' Mike showed up. And BTW i love his new haircut haha. Then we hit the road and drove me home so that i wouldnt get crap. And yeah that was basically my day off.

today started off with getting ready for church bright and early, only because we had to pick uo Terrence and Sylvain. Anyways it was Letitia's last day at church, so it was interesting.But yeah I called Edmond over to sit with us cuz well he's a cool guy? and i spent a good portion of my day with him the other day learning that i make a good timbaland haha. good times.But yes, after church was over a bunch of us leaders went upstairs for out kids camp meeting and it was awesome! we started to break thru many of the things that were holding us back from giving our all in preparing for kids camp. Many of us were struggling with everyday things like disobeying our parents and just crap like that. So it was good to take the time to pray about it. Then we started to do some of our hats and that was a dail so we left it. Then Brendon and I discussed out whole "baby" duet thing in which i am Ludacris, yes i am. Then rember told me which song he was going to sing and now its a whole Team LA thing. Its going to be swell. Oh and Gabbi and I are kung fu fighting in the background of darryns. haha yay for volunteering other people! (sorry gabbi) Im actually getting so pumped for kids camp.. Then after about an hour of just laughing and stuff we picked up some food and I had a nice little chat with my pals Gabbi and Nicky. can u say awkward? lol Then we headed back to church. The first wildfire on a sunday and i was PUMPED! During set up letitia and I went to the washroom and began to chat abour just life in general. It def brought the tears on cuz all the things she was saying brought back significant memories. but anyways haha THEN it was the start of our hangout time with the youth and i got to see SAMMY, who i havent seen in forever! Man he's awesome! then we had worship and that was pretty sweet, but the best part was the whold " Life Group" video, and i dont think i have laughed that hard in quite sometime. A remake of Napoleon Dynamite so fun. Needless to say, this was a good day.

so im going to update my blog for about since last friday to now.

Friday
mmmkkk so i decided to go to the states with my madre sista and my beautiful friend Chanel. Turns out going anywhere with chanel is a bad idea. haha. To start off we went to Ross and found some pretty sick deals. Turns out Chanels bank card didnt work so any which way it took us forever to get out of there haha. Then we went to the best dollar store in the whole entire world! it had everything! even a bible! therefore people in the states cant say that they cant find a bible. Then we went to the mall and found a photobooth but we didnt have change so me and chanel had to go play games in this sweet arcade and get some change. We won bouncy balls. It was sweet! then went to the usual spot to eat. "Mi Mexico". typical right? I know just cuz im spanish i obviously go there haha. Anyways, every time i go there this same dude always checks me out. So this time Chanel knew who i was talking about and started laughing to draw attention to us. Anyways this dude walks past us several times and chanel jokes about me giving him my number. So them yaisa and my mom decide to join in on the fun and start pushing me to do it. So when yaisa pays she borrows a pen and i jack the pen from her write down my name and number on a napkin and hope that he takes it as a joke. I run out cuz im embarassed and then we hit up walmart. Five mins later i check my phone and theres a message that says "hey is this paula? =]" i was like "HAHAHAHA" oh brother any which way his name is daniel and we are secretly dating but not. hahah. OK we are not dating haha. Try telling sylvain that. he got mad. So that was that day. hahah it was a good day though.

Mines a bit empty. I mean yeah im loved and iknow that but at this time in my life i feel like something is missing. Lately my friends have been thinking about dating and stuff, and i cant say im not on that boat, but am i ready for that? Am i ready to commit to a relationship that can potentially lead to some future plans for my life? I have no idea. I think its a love that i need.

yeah thats right.

the other day someone asked me how summer was coming along and i responded with "woah i havent even noticed it was summer" crazy eh? I mean yeah theres finally some sun out there and you can tell that its summer but i've been locked indoors for most of my days due to having no life and being at work solely.

anyways nothing eventful has happened in my life lately BUT in my friends' lives there has been tons.

It was awesome. def got to spend time with her that day just buying stuff and eating cake. It was a good day and im excited for her future its going to be amazing. Congrats Adult!

Danielle's wedding.

Def had to be one of the best days ever. I mean man Danielle is one of my favorite people in the world and i was so excited to be able to see her in a beautiful wedding dress. Her day was just filled with excitement and love. This was the first wedding i went to without knowing every single person, so it was a different experience for me. I did however have a blast on the dance floor with Raven Jess Katrina and Danielle. I did the sprinkler for her as i promised and it was worth every second of embarassment. Congrats Aaron and Danielle! you are awesome

Alley + Travis

So the same day of Danielle's wedding (July 10th) I get a phone call from one of my oldest friends that i see at church on sundays (alley) and she asks me what im doing. Then i respond "oh just getting ready for a wedding" and she says "well get ready for another one I'M ENGAGED!!!" at that moment i jumped up and down and started to cry because i was so happy. We talked about getting married since childhood and man for one of us its a reality. Im pumped. CONGRATS.

other than that i need a life or at least something to do.

Today there was an old episode of Extreme Makeover Home Edition on TV and it was intense. There was this man who was enlisted in the army and he hadn't seen his family in quite some time. Anyway The EM people came and fixed their home and brought the families dad home to see what they built. It got me feeling a whole bunch of emotions because not only have they not seen their dad in a long time, but they didn't know if he was safe or not. When they saw him for the first time in that long while, the kids (2 girls, 1 boy) ran to their dad and hugged him. They all embraced for quite sometime, and i became jealous.

It sucks when your dad says they want nothing to do with you.
